The Faculty of Engineering Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta won the platinum category at the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) Awards in 2023, organized by the Directorate of Internal Quality Assurance in the framework of the 59th UNY Anniversary. The SPMI Awards ceremony was held at UNY Hotel, on Friday, May 19, 2023.
The final results of the assessment from the Directorate of Quality Assurance resulted in the final score and score category as follows, FIPP with a score of 89.08 Platinum category, FT with a score of 92.23 Platinum category, FBSB with a score of 85.25 Gold category, FMIPA with a score of 81.05 Gold category, FEB with a score of 81.40 Gold category, and FIKK with a score of 79.35 Silver category. With this achievement, each quality assurance team in each category received an award certificate and also development funds, with a value of Rp. 4,000,000 for the Platinum category, Rp. 3,000,000 for the Gold category, and Rp. 2,000,000 for the Silver category.
Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Herman Dwi Surjono, Ph.D, representing the Faculty of Engineering received the award which was directly given by the Rector of UNY. With these achievements, the Quality Assurance Team of the Faculty of Engineering UNY will continue to strive to maintain and improve the quality of the Faculty of Engineering to be better from year to year.
