The Head of Committee, Tafakur, M.Pd., as explained that this program aims to accommodate the potential and talents of all FT UNY COMPONENTS especially in the arts and sports.
He claimed to be proud of the implementation of the Porseni, because not only as a consolidation of all components in the faculty but also to foster a sense of togetherness, family and solidarity that was getting stronger and stronger.
"The values upheld in sports are sportsmanship, respect, and fair play. These competitions are expected to give birth to talents that can give color and can later be relied upon in the same arena," said Tafakur.
In the field of sports were held field tennis competitions and table tennis while the arts competition was singing competitions.
The benefits of the Porseni event were felt positively from the entire FT UNY academic community, especially those who participated in this event. A case that was expressed by Danang Purwanto, UKP FT UNY Staff who was also be the Favorite Champion in the Employee category.
